Ty Mattson on Dexter

Last year I designed a poster series inspired by Dexter. My artwork was so well received, that Showtime invited me to make a guest appearance on the show! You can see me above, searching the crime scene with a flashlight.

 

I also walk behind Deb and Laguerta in the hallway of the police department. Don’t blink. It was such a fun experience to be a part of the show. When I designed the prints, I never imagined that they would land me a part on the program. So cool.

I even got to pal around with Dexter himself, aka Michael C. Hall – who was cool enough to customize my outgoing voicemail greeting. Which you can listen to below.
